Lamb

We offer shares and by the cut grass fed Icelandic lamb. Born and raised on the farm, our lambs are naturally weaned by their mama ewes! Our lambs have daily access to lush pasture on our perennial pasture here in the Skagit Valley. As members of Island Grown Farmer’s Co-op, our lambs are butchered on farm by IGFC’s mobile butcher unit. Although on the smaller side for meat lambs, Icelandic lamb is known for it’s mild flavor and fine grained texture!
